Setup once — then sell

Part of the Help centre. Same checklist as inside the Shopify app (Dashboard). FansSpace does not download 3D from Roblox on each purchase.

1. Before you sell (once)

   Keep your source art. Use PNG/JPG for prints. For 3D (plush/figures), use a single .glb. Roblox does not push meshes into FansSpace when a fan buys.

2. 1. FansSpace Studio Merch

   Install FansSpace Studio Merch on the managed Shopify store. FansSpace operates payments and fulfilment — follow Dashboard → What to do next.

3. 2. Upload art + publish

   Create merchandise → Publish to Shopify. FansSpace publishes to Online Store and the Roblox Sales Channel when connected.

4. 3. Creator Hub commerce product

   Creator Hub → Create Products → wait Approved → Put On Sale. Paste the COM id under Integrations.

5. 4. Studio plugin

   Install the FansSpace Studio plugin → Sync → Insert the shop into your experience.

6. 5. After each sale

   Orders appear in FansSpace automatically. Accept FO → ship with tracking → Shopify Fulfilled. You do not re-upload art per order.
