FansSpace fulfilment guide

Part of the Help centre. For Roblox store owners, start with /help/roblox (setup once before selling).

1. 1. Install & connect fulfilment

   Install FansSpace from Shopify. Open the app → Dashboard → Connect FansSpace Fulfillment.

2. 2. Create or assign products

   Create merchandise → Publish, or Products → Fulfil with FansSpace + Push stock. Keep Shop location unstocked for those SKUs.

3. 3. Sell

   Buyers pay via Shopify checkout or Roblox Commerce. Payment stays in your Shopify store.

4. 4. Orders arrive automatically

   Shopify webhooks notify FansSpace. Open Orders in the app — no spreadsheet to FansSpace.

5. 5. Accept FO → ship

   Accept FO (Shopify → In progress). Optional Manufacturing/QC/Packed are floor notes only. Enter warehouse tracking → Ship + notify Shopify (→ Fulfilled).

6. 6. Tracking & cost

   Shopify does not generate tracking for FansSpace FOs. Your warehouse (or FansSpace) buys the label; tracking is pushed back to your store. Buyer shipping price is set in Shopify rates; FansSpace invoices manufacture/fulfilment separately.
